The Benefits of Home Staging

According to the National Association of Realtors 2019 profile of Home Staging, 83% of buyer's agents say that staging makes it easier for buyers to visualize the property as their future home. 

44%  of buyers agents say home staging increases the dollar value of the offer for the home.

53% of sellers agents say home staging decreases the amount of time a home stays on the

market. 

According to a survey by Coldwell Banker Real Estate, staged homes sell for more than 6% above the asking price.
